Midwest School Social Work Council

About the Midwest SSW Council

The Midwest School Social Work Council is composed of School Social Work Associations from eleven states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. Each state's SSW Association sends representatives to Midwest Council meetings twice a year to discuss matters impacting School Social Workers.

Each year, one of these eleven states hosts the Midwest Conference, offering an opportunity to hear from speakers around the nation and connect with hundreds of other School Social Workers.
